After School Club (Homework Club)

After School Club runs from 3.30 pm to 5.30pm each day, and is charged at an half-hourly rate.

The After School Club is an opportunity for children who are being picked up later to complete their evening homework before returning home. Children may attend regularly or whenever it is required. Fruit and freshly prepared sandwiches are served after 4.30 pm.

Should you arrive at school later than 3.45 to pick up your child, you will need to collect them from the homework session in After School Club. The location varies according to their age range:

If you have any further enquiries about After School Club, please contact our School Reception who will put you in touch with our After School Club Manager. Please email

After School Activities – these are currently suspended due to Covid

At Gatehouse we offer a wide variety of extra-curricular activities during lunch time or after school to encourage your child’s passions and interests – everything from football to chess, to yoga and dance, art and gardening.

Clubs are weekly and vary in terms of length. They are charged per term, although it is worth noting that they are unlikely to occur in the first week or last week of each term. Some clubs are likely to fill up quicker than others, in which case a waiting list will operate.

For a full list of lunchtime and after-school clubs offered this term, please contact the School Reception.
