Year 5 Booking Form

You are invited to book three separate five-minute appointments — one for English, one for Maths, and one for Form (Pastoral). These short meetings will allow you to discuss your child’s progress and next steps with each teacher individually. If you are unable to attend on the scheduled day, please contact your child’s class teacher to arrange an alternative time. For help with booking, please watch the video below or speak directly to your child’s class teacher.

Specialist Subjects

Teachers for the following subjects: Science, Art, PE, Humanities, Computing, Music, Drama, and French will share a presentation via Google Classroom, providing an overview of each subject.

If you would like to discuss any of these subjects in more detail, teachers will be available on Wednesday 26 November, between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, in and around the Wallbank Hall. No sign-up or booking is required to meet with specialist subject teachers.
