In this website we offer you a statement of the aims and objectives of Gatehouse and of the excellent foundation for life and work which we give to our pupils. The School has a happy, caring and supportive learning environment. We aim to develop and encourage each child's ability. Gatehouse has a team of dedicated and well qualified teaching as well as experienced support staff. Their interest and enthusiasm allows us to offer a broad academic and extra-curricular programme that is valued by the parents of our pupils.

The Origins of our current home
Admissions Gatehouse is a non selective entry school. We operate a first come first served policy, with preference to siblings. If you are interested in a place for your child, please make an appointment to meet the Headmistress and view the school. You will then be offered a registration form. When the school receives this plus a registration fee, currently 75 pounds, a place will be offered if there is a vacancy. If you accept the place a deposit, currently 200 pounds, secures it. If we have no places left, your child's name will be placed on the waiting list and you will be contacted when a place becomes available. The Headmistress and Sue, our Office Manager, will be delighted to discuss this process with you.
